Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days
Orders made on Friday after 1 p.m. will be shipped out on Saturday. Orders made on Saturday will be shipped out the following Monday.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it had been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, we aim to provide excellent customer service. Please contact us if your item has not been received within the specified time above. A replacement order may be dispatched for qualifying orders.
